Shipping

maison andi ships from France to all countries within the European Union using tracked delivery services.

• Orders are processed within 2 to 8 business days.

• Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once their order has been dispatched.

• Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier service.

Returns

maison andi accepts returns within 14 days from the date of receipt.

• A flat return fee will be deducted from the refund amount:

  • €5.00 for France

  • €8.00 for Western Europe

  • €10.00 for the rest of the EU

• Returns of defective or incorrect items are free of charge.

• All returned items must be in unused condition, unworn, with all tags and hygiene liners intact, and returned in their original packaging.
