Article 1 — Object

These terms define the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Client, applying to all purchases made via the website https://maisonandi.com (hereinafter “the Site”).

• maison andi aims for precise descriptions and images; however, slight variations may occur.

• Products are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, the Client will be notified promptly.

maison andi retains ownership of products until full payment is received.

Article 4 — Prices

• Prices are listed in euros, VAT included (where applicable), excluding delivery costs.

• The applicable price is the one shown at the time of the order confirmation.

• maison andi reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

• Orders are payable in full upon confirmation.

Article 5 — Payment

• Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Amex.

• Payments are securely processed via trusted providers such as Shopify Payments.

• maison andi reserves the right to refuse an order in case of payment issues or fraud suspicion.

Article 6 — Ordering & Confirmation

• Adding products to the cart is not a commitment to purchase.

• Orders become binding upon confirmation and payment.

• Clients will receive a confirmation email with the order details.

Article 7 — Delivery

• Delivery costs and times are provided at checkout.

• Risk passes to the Client once the order is handed to the carrier.

• maison andi is not liable for delivery delays due to external factors.

• The Client is responsible for checking the condition of the goods upon delivery.

Article 8 — Returns & Right of Withdrawal

• Our Return & Refund Policy applies (14-day window with conditions).

• EU clients benefit from a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt.

Article 9 — Data Protection

maison andi processes client data in compliance with applicable French and EU regulations. Data is used solely for order processing, customer service, and legal obligations. Clients may access, correct, or request deletion of their data by contacting hello@maisonandi.com.

Article 10 — Liability & Force Majeure

maison andi is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Site, delays, or events outside its control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters). maison andi’s liability is limited to the value of the order.

Article 11 — Intellectual Property

All content (logos, designs, text, images) on https://maisonandi.com belongs to maison andi. Any reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.

Article 15 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
